How Vivio Responds to Alerts
On-Request Monitor Response
Monitors are configured on your servers but when an event occurs, the notification is sent to the registered account owner. This allows you to filter System events through your team. If you would like Vivio to fix an issue for you using SysOps Support, you will need to create a ticket requesting that we help with the specific issue.
Active Monitor Response
Monitors are configured on your servers and when an event occurs, the notification is sent both to you and to Vivio SysOps Support directly. Vivio technicians will then address the issue immediately using SysOps Support. Using this method, system problems are often taken care of before your clients even realize there was an issue.
